If you are looking for a fun way to get fitter, meet new people and general have a great night out, come and join us on the dance floor. We teach Rock n Roll from 7.15, move on to Salsa at 8pm and then the intermediate dancers continue Salsa at 9pm. Come and join in the fun

We are a dance community in Staffordshire using fun dances like Salsa, Rock n Roll, Lindy Hop to create this. We teach in 4 towns which include Hanley, Newcastle, Stafford and Stone. If you are looking for a fun, active night and a great social life, come and join us on the dance floor. we are alos highly respected teachers of Zumba, Zumba gold and ZumbAtomic.
