Beginner's Classes (Level 1)

Our classes for beginners are designed to suit the needs of those who have never danced before, and also those returning to dancing after a period doing other things.

We'll introduce you to several Ballroom and Latin American dances, learning some basic figures in each, and putting them together into short routines that you can use with confidence when you start to attend social dance events. We've carefully chosen the class content so that you can start to use your new dance skills straight away, but also, to lay good foundations for progression to an improver's class or private tuition.

Our aim is to make our classes fun and friendly and to make your learning enjoyable. We'll give you plenty of time to find your dancing feet, and to get plenty of practice, so that you feel confident in your progress.

Content: Ballroom & Latin American dancing for complete beginners (Level 1). No prior knowledge required.
First steps in Waltz, Quickstep, Tango, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba & Jive.
Enrolment: No formal enrolment. Just bring your partner to the first class and then pay week by week.

Ballroom & Latin American Dance Instruction in Alvechurch and Bromsgrove (Catshill & Stoke Prior).
