Our Zumba® classes in Burnham run on a Friday night. Please feel free to turn up on the night. No partner is required!

The Zumba® program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. A Zumba® class, known as a ZUMBA Fitness Party™, combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

The classes involve simple to learn routines that you can master throughout the class. Each song is choreographed so that courses and verses repeat the same moves throughout a song, making learning the routines and intuitive affair.

Instruction (Novice, Beginner and Improver), Course, Party, Practice, Workshop and Social for Jive, Tango, Dancesport, Zumba, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Waltz (Viennese), Rumba, Samba, Tango (Ballroom), Quickstep, Paso Doble, Modern Ballroom, Latin American, Jive (Ballroom), Tango (Argentine), Salsa, Over 50s and Ballroom Dancers. You may BYO drinks. Doors open at 18:15. Event is 18:30-19:15. Admission £5.00.

So you want to learn to ballroom dance? Whether it's for fun, fitness or even a wedding you can find something here to cater for your needs. Dances taught include: Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Argentine Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Salsa, Jive, Paso Doble.
