Clothing Loose comfortable clothing, such as track suits, jogging bottoms, or yoga pants will give freedom of movement as you dance and exercise. Put these together with a thin T shirt and sweat top and you're ready to go! At the end of your class, even if you feel hot, it's a good idea to replace all layers of clothing. Remember that your muscles need to be kept warm and protected after they've been worked. Footwear A soft jazz shoe, Greek sandal or soft flat tie-up shoe will be perfect for this class. Trainers are really not suitable as they don't allow flexibility of movement and can be restrictive when turning, as they grip the floor too much. What to drink You may choose to bring a bottle of water or any other non alcoholic drink with you to consume during your class. This will help to keep you hydrated and refreshed as you exercise.
