Each 12-week course is block-booked in advance and divided into three levels: Level 1 (Beginners), Level 2 (Improvers), Level 3 (Intermediate/Advanced). Each level has its own syllabus, using the Mia Serra Method© developed over Mia's 10 years of teaching experience, infusing postural and anatomical principles. Each group is taught an original choreography to a modern or traditional Arabic track. Mia writes 3 new choreographies every term so there is never any repetition. Each student receives a FREE CD with the music for all 3 choreography pieces on it, making practice easier. The course is divided into two 6-week sections with a half term break in between.
