FUNKY MONKEY is a fabulous, friendly monthly dance freestyle held at the Merlin (upstairs in function suite).
7pm 'CHA CHA CHA' fun class with Ross Carlin (he's back!). Ross is a Open Novice World Line Dance Champion, and also has won several Swing dance titles. All levels of dancer welcome!
8-9pm Freestyle - Modern Jive & Latin Music
9pm 'The Wobble' with Julie & Kirsty (short class).
Till 11pm Freestyle for Modern Jive, West Coast Swing, Latin & Blues.

A cosy, sociable evening in the The Merlin, Morningside (upstairs). Parking.

Dance Class. Instruction, Practice and Social for Line, Jive, Zumba, West Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, Swing, Ceroc, Le Roc, Modern, Jive (French & Modern) and Boogie Woogie Dancers. Bar. Event is 19:00-23:00. (£8.00 for all sessions).

Lindsay is a part-time dance instructor based in Edinburgh. Since 2001 she has taught West Coast Swing, Modern Jive, Lindy Hop, Boogie Woogie and Zumba®. She has been invited to teach and perform at dance events throughout the UK and abroad.
