Aimed at beginners and improver Salsa dancers. A relaxed and fun class focusing on Cuban style covering all the essential fundamental salsa steps including warm up exercises using body isolations as well as Salsa warm ups and a warm down at the end of class. Sai & Deanne concentrate on basic timing, techniques, lead and following. No need to bring a partner.Dance Class. Instruction (Beginner and Improver) and Practice (Beginner and Improver) for Salsa (Cuban) and Salsa Dancers. Event is 20:00-21:00.
