An uplifting classical ballet class suitable for men and women from beginners through to intermediate/advanced dancers of all ages. This class is ideal for those who have always wanted to try but thought they'd left it too late as well as those who would like to return to ballet as an adult having possibly attended classes in their childhood. I use a range of beautifully recorded classical music to inspire you. The class includes barre work, stretching and centre work including adage through to grand allegro. The studio is bright and spacious with mirrors, barre and properly sprung flooring. Ballet will not only make you more graceful but improves strength, muscle tone, posture and flexibility as well as general fitness. Ideally wear ballet shoes and comfortable clothes in which you can move and stretch freely.
