Come along to our adult hip hop classes, starting on May 3rd in East Finchley, and keep fit whilst learning to street dance!
We use upbeat, current urban music as the soundtrack for your class. Classes are structured so that they start with a hip hop based warm-up, which gives a fantastic cardio workout using some of the moves which will be later incorporated into your routine, followed by a short 'core' work-out, and then by learning a new hip hop / street dance routine every week.
Don’t worry if you are new to dance – our classes cater for everyone from beginners to those with dance experience. We ensure that we go through moves as many times as the class needs, so that no-one feels rushed, and that everyone feels they've achieved the routine by the end of class, whilst having a great work-out!!
Classes are run in a fun, friendly atmosphere - there's no pressure, just come along and enjoy yourself whilst learning the moves you see in videos and on the TV!

Innovation Dance Ltd provides professional dance training to schools, colleges and outreach projects across London and the South East. We also provide weekly childrens and adults' classes in street, hip hop, break dance, musical theatre and ballet, with bases in Finchley, Colindale, Bromley and Central London. Innovation Dance Ltd is a licensee of the Melody Movement syllabus, so also provides pre-school, early learning dance classes.
