The Fresh Vibes Ballet course is designed for absolutely everyone – no experience necessary. From first timers and those returning to the dance studio after many years, to those experienced in other forms of dance (Ballroom, circus, gymnastics, hip hop!) looking to refine their lines, posture and balance.

The course will teach the basics of ballet technique along with freedom of movement and coordination that you may have never thought possible. The class will work through exercises at the barre to centre work in a very relaxed and open environment, with plenty of opportunity for discussion.
