 I am a qualified IDTA teacher with teaching experience of over 20 years. The Ballroom dances we teach include Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Tango and Viennese Waltz. Latin dances taught include Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Paso Doble. We can also teach the following dances that fall outside the Ballroom or Latin categories and these include Salsa , Merengue, Modern Jive Argentine Tango. These dances are normally taught in weekly lessons but can be taught privately by arrangement.

This class is designed for existing Ballroom and Latin dancers to allow them to develop their dancing skills. In partner dances various balance and control techniques are necessary to allow the couple to stay together and not affect their partners balance. In these classes we use small choreographic groups to explore, develop and improve your understanding of these relationships to make your experience of dancing more comfortable and enjoyable for both parties. These dances are normally taught in weekly lessons but can be taught privately by arrangement. As these are partner dances you will need to attend with a partner
