As a classically trained ballet dancer and a qualified fitness professional, Miss Keely-Anna is able to provide an integrated programme of exercise to enhance fitness, coordination and muscle tone. To book or for further details: Tel: 0750 0554736. Dancing Tots is a creative music and movement class for 2 to 5 year olds. The class begins with a warm-up based around familiar action rhymes. The movement section is centred around an exciting children's story, providing the springboard for exploring different music and dance styles. We continue to encourage children to develop their sense of rhythm by expressing themselves using a variety of percussion instruments. As always we end with gentle relaxation exercises, where free movement is encouraged. This Class is every Friday 3.45-4.30pm in the Markfield Scout Hut | |||
