Tracey Jones is an award winning Bellydancer, Teacher, Performer and Choreographer of Egyptian belly Dance and Middle Eastern Dance styles. Based near Trowbridge and Devizes in Wiltshire, she travels to teach workshops and to perform with the UK's top Arabian Dance Theater companies. She also Teaches weekly classes and organises her own theatre shows and collaborates with other top organisations to produce work of the highest standard in this dance form. Egyptian Belly Dance Class Open Level Dance Class in Oriental and Folklore Dance styles of Egypt Learn this high art dance form, rich in history and culture. Explore your own physicality, as you learn to free and move your pelvis, your core muscles (back and abdominals) and enjoy the elegance of a dance style that has been enjoyed by women for thousands of years. Includes steps and floor patterns included in other dance forms such as jazz and ballet with an earthed and grounded approach. This dance is low impact and uses strength and posture to create lifted alignment. It will help posture and good strong back muscles. It is generally accessible to most women of various ages and abilities. Endlessly creative and enjoyable we work with a large range of props, such as veil, finger cymbals and stick. CLASS INCLUDES LIVE TABLA (drumming) EVERY WEEK. Tracey is an award winning dancer who features heavily in UK Arabian Dance Theater work.
