Pendulum Moves: Hilal Creative Dance as taught by Pauline Blackwood is a contemporised and universal form based on origins and roots that come from Africa and the Middle East. The dance is holistic in that bodywork and natural movement gives strength, fluidity and develops skills of creativity, moving with patterns and sequences enhancing vitality and ease in mind and body. We use world musics and rhythms modern and ancient to explore these themes whilst honouring it's rich past.

In this workshop the aim is to free our body of tension using the bodywork, calm breath and focusing the breath into each movement. We will use the creative dance model to dance intuitively and naturally. Early booking recommended. £35 for 3 hours of dance
