FitSteps FAB (for ALL bodies) takes steps from 'character' dances such as the Charleston, Flamenco and Argentine Tango along with international dance styles such as Bhangra to create a fun exercise class that is suitable for everyone from the young to the young at heart. Being low impact, it is also an ideal program for anyone recovering from injury or a more sedentary person wanting to start an exercise regime although higher intensity options are also available for those wanting a more energetic workout.
