Biodanza is an international movement system, translated as the Dance of Life that was created by Rolando Toro Araneda in Brazil. The system of demonstrated exercises creates well-being and increases joie de vivre and health over time and regular attendance. Julia Hope Brightwell trained at the Dorset School of Biodanza for 3 years and has always loved dance of all types.
