Pre-professional ballet students, ages 8 and through adult, are invited to audition for Bay Pointe Ballet's Summer Intensive. Designed for those who seek to accelerate their ballet training with intensive study, our program features a staff of Bay Pointe Ballet company dancers and internationally known master teachers. The program will culminate in a showcase performance at Bay Pointe Ballet.

The minimum age for out of area students requiring lodging is 12. Students, selected by audition, will be placed into one of three groups:

*Group A, Ages ~12+: Advanced
*Group B, Ages ~12-18: Intermediate/Advanced

Dance Course. Instruction (Beginner, Improver, Intermediate, Int/Advanced, Advanced and Master) and Summer-School for Ballet, Modern and Contemporary Dancers. Doors open at 08:30. Event is 09:00-05:00. Admission £575.00 (£2000.00 for all sessions).

Bay Pointe Ballet, founded by internationally acclaimed choreographer and director Bruce Steivel, is a professional ballet company in San Francisco CA. Bay Pointe Ballet is affiliated with Bay Pointe Ballet School, a professional dance education center. Prior to Bay Pointe Ballet, Bruce Steivel served as Artistic Director at several major companies around the globe including Bern Stadt Theatre, Hong Kong Ballet, Universal Ballet of Korea, Nevada Ballet Theatre and Serbian National Ballet.
