COLVEND PUBLIC HALL, Dalbeattie, Dumfries, Dumfries & Galloway, United Kingdom

MMM is a dance technique created back in 1910 by Margaret Morris, a pioneer of modern dance in the UK. Today the technique is taught internationally in countries as far flung as Japan, Canada, Australia, USA and in Europe, as well as here in the UK. The uniqueness of MMM is its ability to marry both the health/fitness side of dance with the creative and aesthetic side. The technique has over 300 dance exercises, specially graded through 12 levels, so that you progress naturally from one level to the next enjoying a wide variety of dance.

There are many words to describe MMM – natural, fluid, athletic, dynamic, rhythmic, holistic, strong, healthy, relaxing, stimulating, creative, and challenging, but these are only words……..the best way is to experience what it is to dance MMM. See website www.danceform.net for more details.
