Popdance is a fun, lighthearted dance class for all those who want to learn dance routines to Pop music such as Footloose, Girls Aloud, PussyCat Dolls and Kylie.
The class consists of a warm up routine plus a dance routine. The same dance routine is built upon for 4 weeks to give the class a chance to practise it. The routine is then changed to a different one for another 4 weeks.
Popdance is a great escape from our responsibilities, busy lifestyles and demanding children.
