The styles taught are Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Street, Freestyle, Contemporary and Salsa. SA Dance believes that Dance is an art form that provides body awareness, inspiration, confidence, coordination and discipline. SA Dance Classes are enjoyable and a very effective method of exercise.
