Line Dancing is a great way to exercise, it's fun, burns off unwanted calories and tones muscles. You will meet and make new friends and/​or catch up with old ones. You will enjoy a variety of music from country and western, pop, Latin, cajun, rock and roll etc. There are very simple dances for the beginner to learn with an experienced instructor.
