The belly dance music is upbeat and funky and you will soon get swept along by the really friendly and uplifting feel. But underpinning everything is a thorough and comprehensively thought out programmed for maximum effect As the pictures above and below show - "Looking at her trim waist and curvy hips is an advert in itself, and watching her come off her feet as she swung her hips made me all the more determined to give it a go" But the main thing is, I love doing it.
