Zumba is the latest craze and if you give it a try, it's easy to see why. Basically, it's a latin-inspired, calorie burning, easy-to-follow, dance workout. The music is great and you'll have so much fun that you won't even realise that you're exercising - but you'll be dripping with sweat! This class is in a huge venue, so you won't feel crowded, it's right near the tube station, there's parking, and we have a FANTASTIC LIVE LATINO DRUMMER right there in the class. Come and give it a try, I guarantee you'll have a blast. Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30 to 8.30pm at QE Girls School - doors open at 7.15pm. 2 minute's walk from High Barnet Tube - access and parking from Meadway.
